Double-tap the back of your iPhone and moqyi starts recording. It’s a one-time setting.

Honest note: iOS doesn’t let apps open this settings page directly. moqyi’s button opens Settings, and these steps do the rest.

Step 1: In moqyi, open Capture shortcuts.

Go to Settings › Capture shortcuts › Back Tap and tap Open Settings.

Step 2: Find Back Tap.

Settings › Accessibility › Touch › Back Tap

Step 3: Choose Double Tap (or Triple Tap).

Triple Tap is harder to trigger by accident when the phone is in your pocket.

Step 4: Pick the moqyi Shortcut.

Scroll to Shortcuts and choose Record in moqyi. (The final Shortcut name is confirmed when the app ships.)

Try it

Lock your iPhone and double-tap the back. You should feel a vibration as recording starts.
